"This team has been incredibly kind and are well educated on patient care. I scheduled an appointment here via zocdoc while searching my dental insurance website last week. I walked in actually crying with shame and dental trauma knowing I had an infected tooth and may need a root canal. Katherine (I believe) is a wonderful office manager, both welcoming in-person and informative via text updates for scheduling/insurance updates. They provided a cute water/tea station and very clean office which was reassuring, and we had a good chat about Boston. The team of dentists and hygienists/assistants were patient and well spoken. They heard my hesitations and gave me the x-ray weighted blanket (great for anxiety) while informing of any new procedure. I walked out this afternoon with a promising root canal, feeling confident of my choice in dental care and services. As someone new to the city and unsure who is reliable/good with insurance/supportive, let this be a green flag from a 25year old!"

They spent time preparing a tooth for a temporary crown on a tooth that was located in a place where placing a crown and doing the preparation was a difficult endeavor.
